Opportunities to work with other adults directly impacting the Girl Scout Program
include the following:

OPERATING UNITS – Core group of volunteers who develop and implement plans and events.

RECRUITMENT of adults.
|

SERVICE UNIT TEAM MEMBER – Adults who work as a team within a geographic designation to
deliver services to adults working with girls.

PROMOTION of the Girl Scout Program, designing brochures and press releases.
|
| • |
FUNDING – Work with Fund Development to promote and support funding opportunities.
|
| • |
TRAINING – Conduct classes in a variety of subjects to adults and / or girls.
|
| • |
BOARD MEMBER / TASK GROUPS – Work with policymaking process of the Council.
|
| • |
PRODUCT PROGRAM ACTIVITIES – Assist and implement Council-wide product promotions.
|
| • |
VARIOUS ONE-TIME TASKS – Some examples; translate materials into other languages; third party
evaluations or promotional assistance.

CLERICAL ASSISTANCE – data entry, greeter, printing assistance or retail display development.
