The variety of Girl Scout Cookies sold by the girls may have changed over the years but the message is consistent, we want to help girls develop a wide range of skills! Each year the cookie company, in our case ABC Bakers, determines the variety of cookies that will be sold. This year we are selling:

Girl Scout Councils determine when they will sell cookies and how much they will sell them for. This means that consumers will find cookies for a variety of prices and during a variety of times of the year. We sell cookies in the fall (usually beginning in early November) by taking preorders and deliver the cookies throughout the month of January.

Girls, the entrepreneurs that they are, find creative ways in which to sell cookies as well. During the months of January and February, consumers will find groups of girls in front of grocery stores, video stores, banks and many other places, selling cookies. This is an opportunity for troops to maximize their sales in a short period of time.
