| Council Transfer/Drop/Address Change Form |
This form should be used when a girl or adult who is CURRENTLY registered in your troop transfers into another troop, drops from Girl Scouting, moves to a new address, receives a new telephone number, or transfers into our Council from another one.
In the case of a girl/adult transferring into your troop from another council, you will need the Members I.D. #, Birth date and previous council name. If the I.D.# is unknown, you will need to fill in the members OLD ADDRESS and TELEPHONE NUMBER.
These forms should ONLY be used for members who are currently registered for the 2005/06 Girl Scout year. DO NOT fill one out for girls/adults who did not reregister with your troop this fall.
It is very important to fill out a form for transferring members and girl/adult members who have moved to a new address although they are still in the same troop. They will not receive Council mailings unless we have the new address on file.
