Meeting times, locations and troop finances are set in your community. Leaders are given guidelines, standards and policies, as well as training, to assist in troop development. Parental/Guardian participation in this process is vital to the volunteer leader and begins with the first meeting. The professional GSTC staff assists and supports the volunteer process. We make every effort to place girls in Girl Scouting upon request. The vital support comes from the volunteers in your community who work directly and indirectly with the girls to provide the Girl Scout Program.
